Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute the rules for using SnapDrama Go. By using the app, you agree to follow them.

Your use of SnapDrama Go constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

Age and Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you permit a minor to use SnapDrama Go, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

Loola Amgad may revise these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of SnapDrama Go after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Product Use Context

These Terms apply to SnapDrama Go in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the entertainment experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.

Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

Who May Access the App

Eligibility for SnapDrama Go involves age, legal capacity, and other criteria described in this section.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you don't meet this requirement, please do not use SnapDrama Go.

Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their authorized parent or guardian.

Prohibited Users: You may not access SnapDrama Go if you have previously been banned from our services, are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or are otherwise legally prohibited from using the app.

Access License

Access to SnapDrama Go is granted under a limited license. This section specifies what you can and cannot do.

You have our permission to download, install, and use SnapDrama Go on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.

What You Cannot Do:

• Copy, sell, or distribute the app or its content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app's code
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use the app commercially without written permission

Usage Rules

By using SnapDrama Go, you agree to abide by the following rules. These exist to protect every user.

Technical Rules: You may not use unauthorized software, automation tools, bots, exploits, or modified app clients with SnapDrama Go.

Behavioral Rules:

• No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• No impersonating Loola Amgad staff or other users
• No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• No sharing other users' personal information without consent

We enforce these rules fairly. Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban. Appeals can be submitted to our support team.

Intellectual Property

SnapDrama Go and everything in it — the graphics, sounds, music, code, characters, storylines, and app design — belong to Loola Amgad or are used with permission.

What We Own
All content in SnapDrama Go, including artwork, animations, audio, text, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Loola Amgad retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

What You Can Do
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial viewing and share ordinary app screenshots only where permitted by law and platform rules.

What You Can't Do

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute app content for commercial purposes
• Create and sell merchandise featuring SnapDrama Go characters or artwork without written permission
• Claim ownership of our content
• Remove copyright or trademark notices from any app content

Service Warranty Disclaimer

No software is perfect. Here's our disclaimer of warranties regarding SnapDrama Go.

'As Is' Provision
SnapDrama Go is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Availability Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that SnapDrama Go will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.

Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into SnapDrama Go.

Our Liability Limits

To offer SnapDrama Go affordably, we must limit our liability exposure. Here's a transparent explanation of those limits.

No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loola Amgad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SnapDrama Go, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Loola Amgad is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Loola Amgad. Without them, we could not provide SnapDrama Go at its current price.

Your Indemnification Obligation

Indemnification means you agree to cover Loola Amgad's legal costs if your actions cause us to be sued. Here's what that means.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loola Amgad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your SnapDrama Go use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.

Defense: Loola Amgad reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Dispute Process

We take disputes seriously. Here's our process for addressing them fairly.

Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.

Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.

Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.

Account Termination

Your use of SnapDrama Go can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.

You have the right to stop using SnapDrama Go and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the SnapDrama Go community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.

After Termination:

• Your license to use SnapDrama Go ends immediately
• App-specific access or saved settings in a terminated account may become unavailable
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

This section tells you which country's laws apply to these Terms and any disputes.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in Loola Amgad's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in Loola Amgad's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Amendment of Terms

This section describes our process for amending these Terms of Service.

How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open SnapDrama Go and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of SnapDrama Go after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using SnapDrama Go before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

Version Archive: We maintain prior versions of these Terms. Request archived versions at our support team.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The following miscellaneous terms complete this agreement between you and Loola Amgad.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and Loola Amgad regarding SnapDrama Go.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver: Failure by Loola Amgad to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Safety Guidelines

Some users may be sensitive to flashing or stroboscopic effects and could experience photosensitive reactions. users with a personal or family history of seizures should consult a physician before using the app.

If you experience any of the following while using the app SnapDrama Go: dizziness or lightheadedness, eye strain or blurred vision, uncontrolled eye or muscle movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or seizure-like symptoms — should any of these symptoms occur, stop using the app immediately and seek medical attention.

Rest Regularly: We recommend a 10 to 15 minute break after every hour of screen time. Excessive screen time can cause eye strain and fatigue.

We care about your wellbeing. Use the app responsibly and stop if anything feels wrong.
